Missed-Call Text-Back sends a single text message to people who call a participating business, whose call is not answered, and who press 1 to request a text, so the business can follow up. Further messages are one-to-one replies about the caller's own request.
Only to deliver the missed-call text, relay replies between the caller and the business, honor opt-out requests, and keep records needed to operate the service. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information is shared only with the participating business the person called and with service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our SMS carrier), solely to provide the service, or when required by law.

Records are kept only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and are protected with reasonable safeguards.
